Mitchell was unloading firewood at LOCAL cafe in Geelong as I walked past him on my way to an apt. He was still unloading when I came out. When I went to my car it was dead. A flat battery I presumed. I put my bonnet up, got the jump leads out and prepared to wait until my daughter finished work to come and help. Lots of people drove past me with my bonnet up. Mitchell finished his work and then approached me and asked if I needed help. What took him a couple of extra minutes to do- jump start my car- enabled me to go on my way and get to a function I thought I would miss out on.   This young man was such a good ambassador for your company with his courtesy and kindness.
