Rockpool

Michael and Christa have been supplying firewood to Rockpool Bar & Grill in Sydney and Melbourne since we started. The ironbark timber is slow and intense burning, just what we need for a busy restaurant. Being dry and dense the smoke output is not too high and the smoke impact on the food is complex and sweet.
